i shop blush::Yea, i sometimes go all day without checking myself in the mirror.
And also my shimmer bricks, along with my majolica majorca cheek customize blush.
Hence i began on a search and reviews on the best brushes out there and it lead me to ecotools.
It was economically friendly plus it was well reviewed by many!
I went on a lookout for it and i found it at shins at queensbay mall in penang and lucky for me, it was on raya sale!
It was only rm35 more for me to get an entire set instead of an individual blush brush for rm 45.
Which constitutes to rm 15.
Plus the brush set comes with a cloth storage pouch that makes it easy for traveling!
I had the option of choosing between two sets.
The brushes are the same for both sets, but the difference is the storage.
One comes with the cloth pouch as shown in the picture above and the other set comes with a bamboo box to hold up your brushes like how a cup would hold up pens.
So no prize goes to guessing which set i bought.
So i paid for it and the next day, took it on a test drive!
As you can see the ecotools blush brush is much more pudgier than the body shop blush brush which is sleek and thin.
Performance wise, i find ecotools much more efficient in blending brushes as well as applying loose powders.
Better to tap your brush on instead of digging in.
The ecotools however, was much more fluffier and it picked up the powder loosely which is perfect.
This is the body shop blush brush and you can see that the bristles are not as dense as the ecotools.
Both brushes are good in their own way, and they work well hand in hand.
One gripe i have with the ecotools blush brush is, i feel that it is too fat for small blush pans.
As for the majolica majorca cheek customize blushes, it was really hard to pick up because the blush is too fat for such a small pan!
Both brushes are good and have its pros and cons.
